HomeLight Launches Agent Services to Help Agents Thrive

SAN FRANCISCO (PRWEB) OCTOBER 04, 2019 HomeLight announced today that its Agent Services division has expanded HomeLight Title and Escrow to Florida. This is the third state the product is available in, as the company has been quietly testing settlement services in California and Colorado since January. HomeLight has plans to expand further and become operational in 30 states in 2020.

“We’re thrilled with the results and are doubling down where we see success,” said Chris Crocker, Vice President of HomeLight Agent Services. “The positive client and agent response has shown that when we get the right policy at the right price, deliver it in simple language, and power it with Silicon Valley-grade technology, it’s a win.”

Real estate agents as well as home buyers and sellers can expect full transparency, real-time updates via their smartphone, and the convenience to close the transaction wherever they wish with a mobile closing agent. The company also uses state-of-the-art technology to safeguard transactions from the rising threats of escrow hacking and wire fraud.

HomeLight’s long-term vision is to change the way people buy and sell homes, forever, by making real estate transactions certain, simple, and satisfying for every buyer and seller. HomeLight launched its Agent Services division in January to go beyond simply introducing clients and agents. While many other companies in the space aim to replace or minimize the role of the agent, HomeLight’s mission is exactly the opposite. Agent Services will empower agents by providing software and solutions that improve the entire purchase or sale cycle.

About HomeLight: HomeLight is the only objective, end-to-end platform that empowers people to achieve the best outcome when buying or selling real estate. The company’s proprietary algorithm crunches hard-to-find home sales data and reviews to determine the best agent or cash buyer to help sellers net the highest return on the sale of their home. To help homebuyers find a local agent, HomeLight analyzes stats on 40+ million transactions using proprietary machine learning algorithms that search through over 1.2M real estate agent profiles. HomeLight is a Google-backed startup revolutionizing the $1 trillion real estate industry. The company has over 150 team members across offices in San Francisco, Scottsdale, Brooklyn and Seattle.
